I will ask if there are any problems with the asian proxy. Try turning your connection off and then on again, sometimes it helps.

We have a proxy for asian players so that their connection is faster and more stable, you don't connect to the game directly in the US, maybe your current connection can't reach the proxy server.

That's not what I mean, it might have trouble connecting to the login and game server, login goes through a proxy for players in Asia, maybe it can't connect to it.

Try restarting your router/modem, maybe your're having some connection trouble.
There don't seem to be any problems with the login server right now.

When was that? Because the version of the current client has not changed since February 12th 2018. The only reason some players are having trouble now is because some antiviruses updated their virus database. It's always the antivirus that causes problems, we will be trying to fix it in the upcoming patch.
I suggest you enable windows defender (then it will be the main and only antivirus) and follow this guide anyway:
If it doesn't work then I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the patch goes live, or you can contact me through discord and we can use join.me for screen sharing and I'll try to help you.

Yes McAfee is an antivirus and you installed 32bit redistributable but you have a 64bit system, install the 64bit redist as well in case you don't have it.
Here's a guide on how to add an exception on McAfee:

When adding a file exclusion browse to your game folder and select LUNAClient.exe to be excluded.

Only an antivirus/antimalware program or missing VC redistributable could make the program crash, one blocks it from working and the other is necessary for it to work in the first place.
Are your drivers up to date? Did you install the correct VC version? (32bit or 64bit)
Nothing else could be causing this, try re-installing in a different folder, if it still crashes then there is something blocking the program.
Is your windows user admin or guest? If it's a guest then there is an antivirus program running you just don't see it, admin users can disable what programs you can access.

If you followed the windows defender guide and installed the VC redist everything should work fine, our game works from minute 1 on a fresh windows 10 installation.
Please make sure all your drivers are up to date and that you followed the windows defender guide correctly. You can also try installing in a different location but make sure to add the new location to exceptions in windows defender before doing that just to be sure.

Try disabling your antivirus and see if that helps, if you are using more than one antivirus/antimalware disable them all. If it works with your antivirus/antimalware disabled then follow these steps (or google the same steps for your specific antivirus)

We did that for a while, Alker Harbor had 5 channels for some time, but then during a patch it was reverted to 10 channels by mistake and the moment the server came back online people were already shouting "RMG Malaysia guild Alker 9", seeing how much players liked having those channels we left it at 10 channels again.

Hi, the unstick on our website doesn't work because we have an automatic unstick feature, unfortunately it didn't start up properly but it has been fixed now. Your character is already accessible.

As I replied in Discord that is level 75 armor that can be bought at the armor vendor in Nera Castle.

The only reason crusader got a free reskill was because of the heavy rework removing skills, soon it will be removed and any remaining crusaders with old skills will be reset by the server.
