Titan's Templar Sword is level 84 and all it has is 20 STR, I think your friend philoed it. Who's your friend anyway, I'll take a look at that sword.

You didn't download all the patch files, perhaps it got corrupted, try closing all your clients, then going to your game folder and deleting "celestiapatch" and then run the game again.

Crusader was always magical, if you had actually used it you would have known, we only emphasized it.

No, that's not the same case, you even have trades with the characters that took the items from the hacked accounts, beside of course, same IP and computers, AT THE SAME TIME, that means you had the accounts open on various clients on the same computer. And vanlove09 is your vendor account, in which you put all the items you stole by deceiving players with a fake website. I wonder why that's the only account you want to get back?...

Some stuff we have are:
Free-for-all PvP arena (last in your teleport scroll). "Free"(gold instead of item mall) essentials vendor in Alker Harbor (next to Tasartia), who also sells low level materials. Instant job changes (don't need to do any additional quests, first quest will change your job upon completion). 10 dungeon dates a day limit. Increased rates also means gold and item drops. All new items that you've seen on Luna+ have custom stats to fit classic better, for example costumes and wings.

I'm sorry but that is the criteria, if you play from the same IP and computers there's no way we can know if it's two people or one. That is how it works for everybody.

I hope you have read the introduction, because he does have a magical critical buff for him and his party. It gives 10/15/20/25/30% (lv 1/2/3/4/5).

Class passives are not implemented yet, so it's up to you to ignore them and create a character by current stats and remake once they're implemented if needed or think ahead if you don't want to remake your char.

Your ID was banned in 2012 in relation to ID bekam2 for the following:
 

"They" who says that? The only thing that affects your character when you level s skill is SP, gold and skill level. The performance of the skill is set in the game, not by character.
 
If the request went through before you disconnected then the skill will be one level higher, if it didn't then it will be the same when you reconnect. Nothing will be bugged.

well, Windows 10 comes with windows defender, however we don't have problems with windows defender so I guess it's not that.
 
Try going to your game folder and deleting a file called "celestiapatch" and then run LUNAPatcher to redownload the patches again, perhaps something got corrupted the first time.
 
You can try running in compatibility mode by going to your game folder, right click LUNAClient.exe and select Properties, Compatibility, check "Run this program in compatibility mode" and select Windows XP service pack 3.

Server rates and % potions are not the same.
 
Server rates are a direct multiplier, if slime gives 10exp then in Celestia Luna it gives 1500exp (x150).
If you use an exp scroll it would give 1500exp + x% of 1500. Only the percent of the already multiplied exp, not the rate itself.
For example 20% scroll: 1500 + 1500 x 0.2 = 1800

The equipment you see in the post was fixed in the game, the costumes you see will come this summer, tons of other new costumes have already been added, including pets and accessories.
 
We fix and add in moderately small patches, because half of our players can't download any bigger patches without problems.

The base speed of a character is 450. So just do your math.
 
Btw that 138 speed is for 5 pieces, add to that the other 4x you get from 4 pieces. While 15% is only for body piece.

Nope, you just accessed the wrong account, the account you said was registered very recently, and obviously does not contain your old characters.

Hello, we were barred with tickets from the holidays so it took a long time to go through them.
The oldest date on new unprocessed tickets is February 10th.
 
If your ticket is sent by an email that is not the email on the account, which requires more than 1 action it will take even longer.
