One solution would be to automatically end the war when one side runs out of GP, the guild that has 0 GP would be named the loser.

but, but... earning GP from scratch would be hard if only a few guild members are active (as far as i know, leveling guild members and killing enemy guild members earn GP). Maybe a time limit or a specified limit of GP is decided beforehand?

I prefer cross slash as it lowers the opponents physical attacking power by 20%.

However I am sure you'll have enough SP to max both by the time you reach 140++

i thought it was magical attack, oh well, guess Skill Calculator's wrong lol

    anyway thanks for clarifying that

Im newbie at war but these are some factors I think that will help you in winning a war

    1. Move Speed ( very important in war, i will not elaborate it)

    2. If you are not a tank, don't go at the front lines,  Always hit and run (after casting skill, don't stay on the same position, always move then come back again after skill cool down)

    3. Always spam your skills

    4. Don't go away from your party/guild mates/unions unless you have the balls to be focused fire by all the enemies

    5. If your a damager, make sure you make your character build,  even if you die, and don't have full buffs, your damage can hit and damge or even kill an enemy

    6. Make sure before you die, you kill one or more enemy

    7. Don't go near spawn point

    8. If you are a tank, don't go too deep on the enemy position, cause no one can tank a whole union, just stick to your union front line position and absorb some damage, if your hp became critically low, go at the back lines then heal, after that go again at front lines, your purpose is to absorb damage, stun and crowd control so that damagers of your union can move and kill swiftly and fast.

    9. Do go for enemies that lure you, you will be ambushed

    10. If you're a mage stay at long range, maintain and always move at random position within you're union position and spam your DOT , AOE and crowd control skill (stun, freeze etc), Always HIT AND RUN NEVER TANK and also always use your beholder skill ( for backstabbing rouges)

    11. If you are a melle/longrange damager or a mage be a good scout, don't just look at front lines also look around your union postion for backstabbing rouges, you're role is not just to kill enemies it is also to scout and observe enemy movements

    12. As for formation I don't think anyone can maintain a formation especially if the war takes too long, it will only make confusion to union, just stick to above I said and I think you're good to go

Note:  using strategies/tactic does not mean you are dirty in war, you are just using your BRAIN...

all of this make sense, especially the note, and totally valid for all types of wars (FREE, FUN, or RULED).

There are many possible build on every character/class in game, I,m just stating some.. the tread creator is asking, so i replied with some builds but not elaborating it.. If you are so pro on things, then make your own list and answer the question in this tread. This is not a debate tread

oh, you saw it as a debate, sorry about that. I was just pointing out things that you might have missed.

  7. Weapon-related skills are fixed, meaning Shield-based skills will only work equipping SHIELDS. If you want your Blunt Shield to be useful again, equip a shield instead of a second sword. Sword-based skills count in this as well.

On the bright side, One-hand skills can be used when Dual-wielding, that means you ca use Double Strike (the one with poison) while dual-wielding

If you want a Full tank character with so much block rate, low attack damage and High HP, make a paladin

If you want a Tank With Decent Damage, Good HP, decent block rate and Support to party members choose Magnus

If you want a Tank with Good damage, High block rate, Good HP and Good Support to party members choose Crusader

I'm not sure about Crusaders being decent tankers, unless you took Phalanx on level 75, and if you meant good damage, I'm assuming a mix of magical and physical

Paladins can have decent damage depending on their path. Human paladins naturally have high damage due to their job path (swordsman>GLAD or merc>KNIGHT)

And why only be a supporting Magnus when you can be a TRUE TANK? in fact, you'll have the highest p.def on the long run compared to the paladin, BUT, you'll be second against's Paladin's block rate.

  9. Welcome fellow Celestian!

Yep, we have a sizable population here, so you won't be alienated being alone, lol. And yes, you can easily catch up, the question for you is that are you patient and hardworking enough to farm? :D

  10. one last thing, even though this thread's suppose to be a question, it's best to put it here.

Mob/s that are afflicted with Corpse Take buff will not provide a heal if killed through SOUL SQUEEZE (Necro's other single target skill, shows a heal special effect, increases mana, although barely noticeable). Effects probably doesn't stack.

  11. 9 minutes ago, Fides said:

Corpse Take lasts for 20 minutes. For your question, yes, I only get healed once even though I killed multiple monsters afflicted by Corpse Take.

Corpse Explosion (the one with Blazing Body & Fire Blast icon) does work. I tested it on Slimes today. Gather some Slimes, cast Corpse Explosion, and kill just one of them. All of the Slimes around the afflicted one will die. However, there is a bug regarding Corpse Explosion. Monsters killed by Corpse Explosion will not count as a kill. No experience and gold gained, the kill count below the minimap won't increase either. Those numbers that indicate how much damage a monster takes won't appear as well. The damage done, though not indicated, is very small that it is hardly noticeable.

Thanks for the answer, but what exactly you meant with multiple monsters? all at once or one-by-one?

So Corpse Explosion does work, the problem is it's bugged (text, exp and gold mechanics, and damage). I hope @Orange notices our Necromancers because I'm seriously loving it as my main character now :shyheart:

  12. As the title says, this question doesn't imply if the skill works, because IT DOES work, the question is, its mechanics.

    Okay, here it goes:

Corpse Take (the icon with the Attract or Mana Vampirism, not the Blazing Body or Fire Blast one, that one looks bugged) applies a unlimited(?) duration buff that heals (which means will grow higher with higher m.atk) anyone who kills an afflicted mob/player with the buff. It's easily noticeable that the mob/s are afflicted with the buff because they have a very visible eye candy/ special effect. Interesting fact is that it's AoE is large, closely similar to Venom Cloud.

The usual AoE combo for Necromancers is Corpse Take > Blizzard/Fire Blast > Venom Cloud > and the usual finisher is Vital Explosion (because it deals the highest AoE damage for Necromancers, even at lvl 1, provided the Necromancer has high stats). Immediately you'll notice that when mobs die (afflicted with the buff, of course) you get healed yourself, it's the buff 's effect.

Now the question is: Does the heal stack with simultaneous/ multiple kills at the same time? because I've definitely notice that even though Vital Explosion can kill 2~3  low-life mobs instantaneously, I only get healed ONCE.

Thanks to anyone who would answer and possibly, elaborate it.

  13. 1. Yes, pretty much, a map dedicated to PVP is available.
    2. Still has lots of players, and like I said, PVP's still around.
    3. Depends on your class. Follow what Orange suggests.
    4. Bow rogues are uncommon, you see more dual-wielding ones on PVP/ Guild Wars
    5. 150, and no 6th tier classes, yet.
    6. Bow rogues can be great in PVP because of range, but if any class can get close to you, you're good as dead, unless you're skilled.
    7. No majins, yet.
    8. For a farmer, start with an Entrapper (rogue farmer), depends on you whether elf or human, then have a Rune Master (elf mage) next for powerful buffs, and (optional) a Destroyer (fighter glass cannon) for that nice lvl 8 Fighter's Heart. Make sure you create the 3 characters in 3 different accounts because Multi-client instance is allowed.

im not satisfied on my damage

you're gonna need HUGE stats (INT and m.atk) if you want your GM making difference in PVP, and lots of magical casting speed items too, primary skills have long casting times.

  15. A skill calculator exclusive for Celestia Luna is under the works, along with major patches and updates. We just have to be patient. For now, you can use this old Luna Online calculator.

External links to others servers are not allowed. Sorry about that. But I have a link to download the offline version of the application.

You need Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers to use the link, and you need Microsoft Silverlight installed on your OS, just search it on Google for what proper version for your browser.

    * There are various differences with data from this skill calculator to the game. Use it only for SP reference and allocation guide.

but in human path sniper you got stealth .. and then theres no stealth @ elf sniper

The elf Sniper will have to rely on high mobility (more ms items) and evasion for quick attacks against vulnerable targets, like most glass cannons.
