Permanently-banned accounts are not retrievable unless they were mistakenly banned for what the owners hadn't done in the first place.
The offender (i.e. your friend) had repeatedly manipulated/scammed people to enter information regarding their ID and password in exchange for unreal tempting prizes. So there's no way your ID will be recovered.

Account Trading
Account and Character Trading is strictly forbidden, especially if it's for another game.
To clarify, ALL forms of Account or Character Trading are forbidden. This includes but is NOT limited to ingame gold, items, real world currency, cell phone credit, goods or services, anything. We don't care if you share your account but we will NOT handle account disputes.
If anyone using your account breaks the rules, you will be held responsible and may lose ALL your accounts.

I'd say Magnus is better for you since it's a balanced-type. Sword Masters rely more on +Strike items.

When it's first introduced, the price ranges from 3-4b. As time goes by, it kept decreasing, so I believe it has a worth of less than 2b in the market nowadays.

Just put it in the main folder, like @ChubbyBunny said. Then select "Mark" on your family window and enter the filename.

Lv 1 - 30 = 1 ~ 6 stats
Lv 31 - 50 = 4 ~ 12 stats
Lv 51 - 80 = 8 ~ 18 stats
Lv 81 - 110 = 12 ~ 24 stats
Lv 111 - 130 = 16 ~ 30 stats
Lv 131 - 150 = 20 ~ 50 stats
There's no correlation between the crafter's level and the probability of getting max craft bonus. It depends solely on your luck. If you're super lucky, you can even get a 50-stat right away on your first try.

The penalty is still there even after you maxed out the DW Expertise.

Someone had ranted about this matter as well. Using the skill doesn't get you banned at all, it's just that most people/guilds have this kind of rule, both in duel and war, so that they would have a fair battle. Blame the crybabies.

The function has not yet been enabled. I would assume it functions exactly the same as the old teleportation system for stuck characters.

How is the computation for magic attack % buffs and costumes? i mean i tried using black wizard's robe (10%matk) and it gave my grand master a 500+ boost in magic attack, while boost spell (+15% matk) gave only 300+ boost in magic attack. is that a bug?
For the magic casting speed items, it does not stack for grand masters? shrewd spell lvl 5 is 50% speed cast reduction, and it takes 8.7 seconds to cast tornado uppercut so i should be able to cast it for about 4 seconds, but when i tested it on duel and at mobs it took approximately 6 seconds to cast plus im wearing tarintus set and smart worm. is it bugged or is it just like what princess said that it doesn't work on gm's like there's a cap or something?

If disabling your AVAST is not helping, have you considered uninstalling it? You might want to run a full scan to make sure there's no virus/malware left behind before uninstalling. My laptop has no antivirus software installed, Windows Defender is the only thing to keep me safe and I can run the client without any problems.
