Holy justice depending on your build can reach lvl 30 and omg yes it's very very powerfull. I love the skill. If you got good Magic Crit Rate you can 1 hit most rouges and some fighter builds with low to medium hp. And im not sure if it's the fastest casting skill but .8 seconds is pretty damb fast.

Like the title says im stuck at the login screen! It's been like this for over an hour. It tries to connect and then finally i get a connection timeout message. Any Ideas on why this is happening? Thanks.

I Believe the only things that give you more attack speed would be Costumes (aka Panda Gloves) and Job Passives!

Umm This actually does work lol. I know that for a fact. It just doesn't work on anybody other than Mages. Oh and of Course Rune Impact :) for those Pesky Magnus and Crusaders! Skill: Silence Rune Bug: Doesn't effect to the target Job: Rune Master Race: Elf

Yes Bugged in the fact that they don't reduce your targets mp /but not bugged in the fact that they do damage!

What do you call Holy Earthquake then? Cmon now quit talking like you know anything about this job because it shows by your post that you don't. Holy Earthquake stuns and we can also get Lightning Stun. Be a little more prepared next time before you speak! This Quote is straight from the guide so i know you didn't even read it = "at level 106 you get holy earthquake (targetless AOE and stuns briefly but its still a stun right and your ONLY AOE thats right)" Have A Nice Day!! Awesome Guide my Bow Entrapper is Human and is now lvl 115! Not too good for pvp but Awesome for pvm! Should be good for GW. Hide And KABLAMO Fire Arrow then Hunters Blast!! Now Run run run!! lol

@kick butt my soul arbiter tank has a p def of 4.8k. and the path is in Bio's Magical Critical Tank Guide on the forums!

i would stay the path recomended. Soul Arbiters are a tricky path some paths let you get Shrewd spell past lvl 1 some don't and Armor Link as well.some paths it's only lvl 3! If your gonna tank that's a skill you can't do without! Use a skill calculator if you want to know what you get and what you don't.

Fighters aren't the only tanks. If you want a tank that has high HP,High Crit Damage,High Crit Rate and has great pdef then go with a pure Vit Soul Arbiter!! You can get a 12-15k Matck easily with equips and buffs! Plus you don't need a hitter when you go to tank a boss. With the right equips you can solo!! Bio's magical critical tank- use this guide as a reference!
