After I got your message at my email and opened my account(after years of not being able to play), it happens to be hacked. And the hacker left me 2pcs of 30% exp scrolls. LOL. Any suggestions on what I should do here?

How long is the process of recovering my account here at Celestia Luna? I replied to the email that the GM(s) sent on my mail last Oct. 30 2015, but I don't seem to get any response on my question.
