JoeQ Posted November 20, 2011 Author Share Posted November 20, 2011 already reinstalled it a few times but i still get the same problem I think it has something to do with my OS coz when I install it to a cafe near my home it has been successful though I get another problem... Aiz3n Posted November 20, 2011 Share Posted November 20, 2011 Please update your video drivers and install the latest DirectX. !! if you already have the latest video drivers, uninstall and reinstall them. you also should try to change compatibility mode to win-XP sp 3 and "run is as admin" ... Sparx Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 If it doesnt work in windows mode the problem most likely lies in your video card. i have the same problem sometimes its because your video card cant properly handle directx11 and cant handle the stress from luna . my laptop is the baseline for luna we dont expect it to run on anything worse then a Dell latittude c610 2002 with an Ati Radeon 7500 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
