Does it make a big difference? Because im choosing between getting [Attack Speed +10%] Skill level +1, or should i choose Dex +10? Which is better? For your information, Dex stats doesn't not give either attack speed or movement speed. It only gives Evasion, Accuracy(Strike) and Critical rate.
