blue armor's set & weapon drop?

uhmmm i would like to ask anybody esp. the one's who are playing celestiaLuna longer than anybody else :D is there a particular mobs/boss drops this kind of gear ( around lvl 70 - 103 ) im talking about the rare one's . so that i can put a HQ gems coz i think you cant put HQ gems on common gears ( armors , weapon ).

what is the possible highest lvl gear set which has set effect :)

*Notes*

1. The rest of Gardener, Faust, and Holy Iron part is not dropped by any mobs, you have to craft it

2. Lv 78-83 weapons obtained from Lucky Box 3rd

3. Lv 78-83 armors, obtained from Diamonds, (combine 1,2,3 carat diamonds to get the pouch. 1 pouch contains 1 part of armor set)
