How to get re-skill scroll?

I am not able to donate, so is their any other way i can get a re-skill scroll besides item shop? Do you get one for free at a certain level or something?

If you want get reskill faster you must keep hunting in Nera Harbor ... and sell weapon you got

1 time for hunting if your inventory is empty, you can get 100m+ full inventory for weapon .. and then ,buy reskill from other player in Nera Castle ch 3.

But you can vote, and you need some days for get reskill ...

For free reskill... Just vote every day or every 12 hours on the voting sites. you'll get 2 gold points for every vote, a total of 4 gold points in every 12 hours. Just remember to vote more often until you get 40 gold point and get Reskill free from item mall. And another way is to, simply buy unto other players. Reskill is only 250m++. Try grinding at Nera harbor if you are lack of gold until you get the exact money you need. :D
