i am not buying account gm . I JUST DID COPY PASTE IT .. but it's not mine, im just using computer (RENT COMPUTER)

Then SUDDENLy i DID PASTE IT in SHOUT!!   but .. the one who is using in that PC . is the one who is buying account not

So you admit that you shouted it. Once you shouted it, it's considered an offense, that's why in shout, there's a box there which contains the words you want to shout and there's a confirmation tab there if you want to shout.
