Physical damage and Critical damage

Hello everyone, I want to make sure that I understand this thing correctly. First physical damage % increase only non critical damage. Second critical damage % increase only critical hit. These are based on what I understand. My question does physical % increase both non critical and critical hit ? Sorry I was typed this on the phone so I couldn't make space. Pls answer thank you

Definitely.

It increases your base damage so it will increase your critical damage.
