Just Ask About Create Topic

hello sir i wanna ask how to create new topic in "Character Report" im so confused ~_~ he said "You cannot start a new topic" but in "Questions" i can create new topic so what the problem sir, and where i can upload SS to report someone ? thanks sir ^.^

as far as i know, u have to have atleast 10 posts before u can start a new topic in Character Report section.. regarding where to upload Screenshots, u can use photobucket or tinypic [but i think there are a lot more to choose].. thats all i can share.. i hope that helps.. :)

You need to have at least 10 post count to post in the report section I believe... if I remember correctly that is.
