Death Note ? O-O

Well I was inAlker dueling and having fun with friends. Tgen suddenly this Death Note-Like window appeared in my CL screen . First i though it was an AD from a website but i notice it was only in the CL window. And so i read what was said their and it says that i can ban any person i want to , all i must do is type their IGN . So...

Is this a doing of the server? Or it is a doing of someone else.

Its hard to believe but its true. Forgot to take an Screenshot of it . But im 100% telling the True. Tnx

It sounds like you're talking about the Auto Note option on your actions list. I believe this was used to report bot users on the official server (assuming that's what they meant by "auto").

I don't think it even works on this server, it's pretty useless anyways since you can simply report people on the forums. It isn't used to ban people though, only staff members with the position of GM and higher can ban people.
