Back on topic, if you are having problems donating please go to the donations panel and click on "HELP", the button is on the top right of the donations container. You will see your transactions, some transactions take a while to go through the anti-fraud system, you should wait 48 hours before contacting payment, but if after 2 days you still did not receive any reply please contact payment, it can be in your own language and explain your problem.
