I've looked at the screenshots and I think it's unlikely to get the offender banned, because you don't warn him. Instead, you allow him to take your portion again, no wonder he kept taking yours :/

 

If you have reminded him about his wrongdoings, you should post the screenshot when you were actually giving him a KS/spot claiming (if there's any) warning.
