IP bans exist too you know, any ID registered from that IP is banned.. So he decided to be an idiot and do a pointless DDOS that stirred everyone up. The idiot who did it probably cries himself to sleep foolishly about the fact that he is that mad about a game. You break the rules, you hang with fools. All he is getting out of this is a wasted month of his life. He honestly should find another game lol. The DDOS will be over eventually.
