Agree. The newbie selling trouble argument is not a very good one because most people below 105 (when they start out as new players) are not really fixated too much on making a lot of money, they just want to get to 105 asap and then worry about money and gear. This is true for most players. And yes, it will pretty much screw/slow down most of fake sellers. I also think that if you fall for fake sellers, its your fault for not reading properly...I mean come on guys, they been there for a long time, its not a new thing XD. Shame on you for falling for it after all this time. As a community, why don't we just report all the ones we see, a lot of us just choose not to report but just complain about it q.q. If you truly care, please don't forget to report them!

Now that you guys witnessed the drama of big wars and never ending, maybe you can give some of these suggestions a little thought. Having that reset each week will mean they wud have to declare war on each other over and over... and that drama of "you surrender" or "you end" will not happen. I mean, there will always be drama, we cud at least try to lessen it.

I think 105 is best because: Most people who really do want to play this game, try to get to 105 ASAP anyway. It slows people who are just making characters to multi vote by A LOT and will get rid of a lot of peoples multi vote accounts, as getting to 105 takes a longer time. You can get 80 in a day, but wud take like two days at least (for any regular player) to get 105+. Not way too high, because some people stop at 105-110 usually for a while (i know i was 115 for a couple months) Most people don't usually start to get/care about money or make equips until 105+. (unless u had other accs or just love to craft your own armor to level with). It is just a way to slow down multi voters, because we have no exact solution atm, this should be implemented. I know that GM's have banned a few multi voters recently but the fact remains that there are a lot more, sometimes those they fail to track. Because no matter what u do, there will always be rule breakers, at least make it as hard as possible for them while not harming the regular, legit players. Downside: Lazy people will complain What about people who just use luna to talk and can't get to 105? Well if they are just using it to talk, they don't need items. What if they want costumes to look good? Well, then, they can get to 105 like the rest of luna players. multi voters will complain... Complainers will complain because its a change and people are always complaining about change, but they will learn to accept it sooner or later.

Now i am not 100% sure on this but...I think Pinoy and Spanish are two different languages lol since pinoy people usually speak..tagalog or something... So here is my suggestion if that is true. Please make a Spanish section forum just like the Indo, malay, Philippians. This will encourage more spanish (which i am 100% sure there are a lot in the game) to join us on forums and be active here. This will make a more healthy forums hopefully. If you agree, please hit that green arrow and tell a friend. If you have spanish friends in game, invite them to forums!! Let's see some love for the spanish :)

haha no, its not true that noobs beg for money. Its usually people who have other chars and make noobs to get money. e.e I know this because i had the noob guilds thing ( composed of like 4 guilds) a month or 2 ago where I gave money to noobs who were starting out the game. A lot of people just do it to be annoying or its more like a way of scamming lol. My friend was telling me that someone he knows makes all his money begging lol. I am all for helping noobs, but you misunderstand the topic. It is for people who constantly annoy you.

3 day ban for those who beg, warning required. If someone says "minta gold" or something (begs you for money) and spams you meaning they keep asking for money, spam trade you or spam in wisper/general/shout/ any chat, then you can warn them. If they don't stop, report at which case they will be banned for 3 days. This will seriously stop the excessive spam in the game and stop us from being bothered. You might argue oh "just ignore them", well it's hard to when they are everywhere! They come,they spam, they annoy the hell out of everyone. Please make it stop PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!! I AM GOING INSANE!! Btw, please press that green up arrow if you are in support. Don't forget to show your friends. Costumes! Ever want to try on a costume before buying it? Sure there are pictures but sometimes it’s different wearing the costume in game and moving around (trust me, there is a difference)! So I will give you a chance to try on the costume, all you have to do is provide collateral. This means you have to give me a costume in exchange or something of equal value. We must trade back; you cannot buy any costumes from me. Right now, I have all the costume TOPS only, not the other stuff (boots, gloves, hair, etc.). Feel free to donate to me the boots, gloves, hair, etc. so this project goes better. You must post here on this thread in order to try a costume on. Proposal Proposal: Have someone with all private donate costumes so they can also give people to try on before they purchase. This means, if they are thinking about buying something using private donate, they can come to me and try stuff on instead of having to go to ask to see and then not buy (or however it works). If they steal, you can ban. You can also have them run around with private donate stuff and persuade people to buy. [This is of course, if and when private donations are back]. If this goes well, we can have people try on other stuff before purchase. This will encourage more people to private donate as well. Other Items Perhaps in the Future If things work out, perhaps we can have other things to let other people to try on. I wasn't sure if i should post on market or not, because I am not actually selling anything.

Thank you for the gif one. The Banner looks kind of wierd, because the "C" in "Change" looks kind of like a H. I would also like to have "come make a difference" below the "Building Blocks for Change" but "Building Blocks..." should still be bigger. I like that you tried to get a guy with a suit lol try to make it professional somewhat but this guy is a little wierd XD. Do you have any other pictures you can use?
