my take on this is to focus on levelling to 115 (since we're talking about NH). that means you max 2 aoe's skills (hunter blast and the cartwheel thing, hunter smoke optional) and the whispering buffs and passives. you may opt to take only hunter blast/hunter smoke and to use these, you hunter blast/hunter smoke run while hunter blast is cooldown then hunter blast again. choose passives/buffs relevant to mobbing/aoeing. as in eva, crit, speed. light armor expertise? not so. if you have high enough eva, you don't really need that. if you're equipped with 105 stuff then you have a good enough def. anyway, you get sp's when you level up that's when you spend sp's on pvp stuff. so prioritize levelling to 115 or so, pvp later. and one more thing, don't dual wield yet. although it's cool, it's not the right time to do it (i mean at 105).

i think it would be best to maintain the level of your main char. SO.. create a farming character that you can level down. ^^

well for one, 105 gears have higher eva philos. there are A LOT of them so won't have a hard time finding (some are very expensive). there's vestige with 10 eva. at 105 there's a boost in eva buffs. gemini's of course (which you can get now LOL) DEX? This is a question mark for me. i think DEX boost on eva is better when DEX is on equip rather than on STATS (that's what people say). So don't put dex on your stats, if there's a chance to add DEX to equips then do that. My experience: When I add vestige gloves with DEX philo, I got 32 Eva. 10 from vestige and 22 from philo. Weird. Total dex of gloves is 36 BTW. you'll find out it's easy once you're there. DD until 105, then you can start worrying about eva equips. ^^

it would be best to worry about eva once you reach 105. at that point, there are a lot of ways to boost your eva.

quick maintenance. a lot of "hacking" (i.e. mass killing in nv ch3) going on and gms are trying to figure out. i hope it's not for long though.

eva over vit. but to reach 350+ eva, i think u need at least ** Billions. so my advice, is just to play and have fun. ^^
