whos the GM or Admin i should ask about this on IRC bro ?

can someone help me ? i played this game about a year ago , i have 5 ID's , em actualy 4 the other 1 is my brother's id .. now i want to play this game again , but all of my stuff still on my brother character ID .. when i ask him he forgot the password the only information he knows only Nickname and the ID .. can any GM or admin solved my problem please ? thank you :D

This is the story: There is someone in game that i meet , selling Dupe items with cheap price .. and i said to him :" Awtz it's Dupe items ( equip without producer ) i get the SS and i'm gonna report you in forum " and he answer me :" Please dont !! i'll give you gold if you dont put my name in the forum " and i was thinking " yes , why not i take the gold .. because i dont get anything by report him into the forum " and i think there are many players do same like me ... so i make this thread specially for GM / Admin .. to suggest them give an reward for someone report Dupe items ...
