SA skill holy earthquake has a high output damage. + skills from warlock fireblast and meteor +high hp and considerabely good deff. Well necromancer also have good aoe called vital explosion but you need a catalyst. Its just my opinion, SA is best for me :3 for pve I can Solo Auestere with my SA

Yes, you were asking bout cardinal vs. Necromancer on PvE and you dont include SA necromancer is bettter on cardinal.
