Boosting is done through parties, do not share your account with anyone who says they will log it to boost it, that's not necessary. You stay in a safe part of the map while the booster kills monsters.

All the stats that you see in your char info window are correctly calculated. Shield training never gave block rate, it always gave shield defense (defense added on top of physical defense, it shows as "Physical Defense 1000 +300"), players believed it because of the tooltip so it worked as a placebo. 

Strike is accuracy, it's the stat for physical attacks to be able to hit your enemy. Your chance to hit depends on your accuracy vs your enemy's evasion but it's not 1:1 ratio since there is no 100% evasion, you always have a chance to hit.

Hi, unfortunately we do not restore gold for wrong purchases. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that what they're buying and what they're paying for it is indeed what they want it to be.
There is a confirmation window when you buy something from a vending booth with the gold amount properly separated by commas as well. Because of this we do not provide support for wrong purchases. Item descriptions and 95% of item icons are unique to ensure that scamming cannot occur if a player pays attention to what they're buying.
