Luna has a very big imbalance between classes, that's why most players only play 3-5 classes out of 15 or so.

You were hacked in 2015. Nothing can be done about it now.
 
If you don't want to be hacked again; change your password to something complicated nobody could guess and don't tell it to anybody. Sharing accounts is foolish and dangerous.

Currently you can only tell by some skills since other jobs don't have them.
After the next patch you will be able to see it on your character information window.

10 levels to be safe, you can try 15 as well.

The quest line to spawn Tarintus does not work if that's the one you're looking for.

In the description of the skill it says "sword only", so it is sword only as it should be. Weapon requirement skills were fixed.

There are different enchant protection scrolls, you can always enchant without the protection with the basic enchant window.
Scrolls that save past 9 are Blessed Pukerian's Scroll, Guild Wizard's Scroll. I don't remember if the fishing ones go past 9.

The range is 4m in a 360 angle. And yes Holy Earthquake and Earthquake are skills from different classes. Holy Earthquake is 7m. The range is not bugged, that's how it's supposed to be.

Well I cannot say for sure, however monsters do not have the base stats the skill lowers, so it could be PvP only, just like they don't have mana so mana debuffs wouldn't work on them either. But you are free to test it, perhaps there's some conversion going on but I don't believe so.

In a party with family members. Doing DDs with a family member is even faster.

Yes, it's a GM power, sometimes I use it and I did that yesterday, it stays on until you log out or change maps.

Debuffs are just buffs with a negative effect, as others have stated there is a rule of level, only higher level will be reapplied, same level or lower will not overwrite the buff state applied.
The reason the target wakes up from some of those states is because sleep/bind are remove-on-attack spells and sleep/bind attacks deal 1 damage on apply.

Blue shout is trade shout map wide only, those are allowed, yellow shouts are cross map and cross channel megaphone shouts and those are against the rules, only English is allowed there, players get warnings and 1-5 day bans if they keep doing it (based on how many times they've done it).

Hi, pet items are only replaceable, you can't remove them, you have to put something else in the slot instead.
 
However, sometimes there's a trick, you can only remove 1 thing, then reload or map change, remove another 1, then reload/map change, and so on.

Your pet can only outlevel you by 1 level, until you level, it will not get any experience.

Multivoting is when you bypass the voting restrictions to vote on more than one account during the same timeout period. The restrictions are in place for a reason.
 
If you vote on 1 ID today and on a different 1 tomorrow, that is fine.

Hi, in Luna Classic all pets have the same stats and access to the same skills, the stats only change per pet "job", the one you select with the first evolution pills.
