I am recently after changing class (TH> BT) and I observed something strange. Before changing the class and use reskill I had 265 eva and 1053 crit rate. When I change class and use reskill I have 241 eva and 843 crit rate. What happened? And where are these 20 eva points?

Dual Wield...

if you become Dual Wielder too earlier, you will get much of Penalties...

if u r rich just reskill n take dual wield later OR just be patient n lvling to reduce ur dual penalties by increase ur dual wield lvl skill

if you wish...

use Reskill and don't take Dual Wield Mastery, wait until you are lvl117 or more and then take Dual Wield Mastery lvl5

or...

still use Dual Wield with those Penalties and be patient for leveling, don't forget to raise up your Dual Wield Mastery
