why i can't play celestialuna (indonesia)

and in here i need help, in my house i can't play celestialuna, there is (gaga sambungan ke server) failed to connection from server, firstly i think it just my connection but i have waiting until 3 days it is always failed? why ? please give me some youre opinion because i want play my favorite game is celestialuna : :( :( :( :(
