Character Creation Problems

I need some help, I'm im trying to create an account to play Luna but i can't,ill put in a valid username and password and email and type the two words and it still doesn't work no matter how many times i put in the right information,could someone please list the reasons of what could be the problem and list what i could do to fix it?

some people have this issue, but then it works if they use a different browser

well, it means, if you use Mozzila... try to use Google Chrome... etc (just give example) ^^
