Dual wielding skills

i just bought a re-skill because my char was a disaster due to some skills who does not work with sword master
the question is wich skills work when dual i only know that shield skills really work but what about passives? like shield training, does this skill work when dual wielding?

also i've read that some people say that one-handed training does NOT work when dual wielding and some others says that heavy weapon accuracy works when dual wielding?

so i'll aprecciate if someone can answer me

1.) Only "None Weapon Requirement Skills" and "Shield Skills" are works for Dual Wielder

None Weapon Requirement Skill:
-Sonic Blast

-Spinning Sword
-Sonic Boom

-Sword Storm
-Spirit Sword
-Spirit Aid

-Blazing Body (from Mercenary/Gladiator Human)

-Battle Cry (from Mercenary/Gladiator Human)
-Battle Shout
-Body Check

-Holy Strike Lance (magical)

-Holy Avenger (magical)

-Heal

-Rune Cry (from Rune Knight ELF)

-Rune Impact (from Rune Knight ELF)

 

Shield Skill:

-Blunt Shield

-Shield Edge

-Shield Charge

-Doom Burst

-Shield Barrier

-Invulnerable

2.) Shield Training is for Block Rate so without Properly Shield you cannot Block,

so this Passive will useless for Dual Wielding

 

3.)Dual-Wield is new Ability that are totally different, it means "Heavy Weapon Accuracy" are for "Two-Handed Weapon" so is not really Increase your Accuracy while Dual Wielding... and if is increased, it will back again when you change map or Relog

Also "One-Handed Training" are only for "One-Handed Weapon", Dual-Wielding is not Condition for using One-Handed Weapon even though your both Hand are using "One-Handed Weapon"

I remember... Waaaaay back in the day when i've used to PvP with a musket spamming Burning Crash and Sonic Boom.... Ahhhhh yeaaaaa

Musket are not "Two Handed Weapons", Muskets are included as "Fire-Arms Weapons"

and only Musket Skills can only be used while use Musket
