he re-install it already and it worked but if he turn off the pc and open again its back to normal no log-in button again

does your computer have deep freeze?

Maybe thats the reason, coz if you have deep freeze your changes made wont be made

sounds like the antivirus add lunaclient.exe to exceptions. 

looks like damage is already done, so unless there's an available restore point, it's better to do it all over again, this time, without the antivirus. or, you can keep the antivirus, reinstall CL, then immediately add the whole celestia luna folder to exceptions. the user should be aware what the av detects and select the correct av response.

Note that the installer is also blocked by some antivirus. It can become corrupted, or not even start. You should disable the antivirus first, then proceed with the instalation. Then, before you launch the Luna Client, you need to add it to the exception list of your antivirus.
