They have more range, SA is sort of a short range class. If you get close enough to use Holy Earthquake, you should be able to just combo them down. Just make sure you get to them before they get the chance to attack, really. Cause Cardi has an AoE long range stun and Necros have huge DOTs that can kill you before you get anywhere near them.
