0 Administrator Orange Posted December 21, 2013 Administrator Share Posted December 21, 2013 You must wait at least 48 hours, our donations panel has a big help button on the top right corner where you can see all your transactions and start an inquiry next to the transaction you are having a problem with. If it takes so long it's because of the anti-fraud system to protect us that checks on anybody without a steady donations panel access, like if your ip changes or you used different names for the same donation method Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
0 ziet465 Posted December 21, 2013 Author Share Posted December 21, 2013 oh at least 48 hours >< so i make the payment twice because i thought the first one was failed XD so its ok first time donating i wanted to ask this i make an accident in doing payment like this it say to Type MCN MONEY. here [ i should put the Money code such as for RM6.00=360 For RM5.00 is 480 ] so it should be like this MCN MONEY 480 to 33233 but i forgot to send the code 480 what is the effect?
