So you clicked one of these two buttons, correct?

It should show up like this at the bottom.

Then you simply type your message below it.

yes i did, i clicked on quote botton it slide down like you but type box is empty

That's strange. Are you sure you didn't click the "MultiQuote" button? If you did, then this should show up in the bottom-right.

If not, then try the "More Reply Options."

 

Or, for the time being, you could use the manual approach - all you'd have to do is copy and paste the quote.
