My Magnus Compare To Sm

hi there

 

I was stick to much with Troy's magnus guide, and I read it everyday

 

Now I'm magnus level 117 dual axe

 

Path Warrior>Infantryman>Knight>Magnus

 

Stats pure str

 

my equipments are most vit mix str

 

Pa 10K

 

Pdef 4.9K

 

Crit 799 

 

HP 14K

 

This is full self buffs include pots from NPC

 

I felt my pdef and PA ain't good enough since people say magnus is the most balance Pa and Pdef

so I just decide now to change to SM, because I could grow up my stats with SM job skill dual mystery level 10 with same equipments.

 

Any advise ?

It is good for your level compared to SM.

SM gets better if you are 130+ because SM can max dual wield

but if I 132 because I didn't have any passive or skills to raise up stats except when level up. it is like dead end now to me T^T

Not really a dead end.

But for my personal opinion I really see magnus on a 2H type or 1H and shield rather than dual wield.

This is due to the obvious fact of a lower level of Dual wield mastery.

If u think u got the patience and time to grow an SM till lv 132 then it would really be better atleast on the PA side.

I dunno about the pdef side though since as far as I know magnus has an all-around better PDEF than SM.

those people refer to 1hand magnus i believe

 

with same equipment, u will get better pa with SM, but lower pdeff.

if, u are looking for balanced type, u should stick with magnus, just change from dual wield axe to 2 hand axe. or 1 hand axe.

its because of the penalty of dual wield
