0 Eon Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 If it's what I think it is, It's for hunter union boards. The higher the class, the higher level quests you can get from hunter union boards. So if you did the quest in Moon Blind Swamp and got the class license, you could do the quests for the hunters union board in Red Orc Outpost or something like that.
