I'm sorry I'm being harsh but you can't expect to report a bug without a complete explanation, adding what you were doing, what items you were using and so on.

We can't look into a bug if we don't know the exact situation and replicate it.

 

Please treat bugs with severity and report them thoroughly.

 

Questions that you need to answer are:

- which protection

- which enchant scroll

- on which item (always the seven guardians.. gloves? boots? armor? which one?)

- did the message appear on it's own a few seconds after the first fail? or did it appear when you tried to enchant again after that fail?

First I want to enchant,
use:
1. Enchant protect scroll 80-119
2. Enchant armor scroll 80-119

I want to enchant items:
- Seven Guardian's Gauntlets

the story is like this:
  I mean want to enchant gauntlets seven guardian becomes +7
then I bought enchant protect scroll 80-119 (15 pcs) 80-119 armor enchant scroll (15 pcs) in the NPC.
clicking enchant to +6 no problem, but when I want to start the next stage of +7 appears the message.
