Questions About The Rogue Class.

Hey guys just wanted to know a few things about the Rogue class, it's about the bow part of it.
So I want to make a strong bow class, I want him to be great in pvp but also in farming so I want at least three AOE's. 

1.What stats should I put? STR/DEX/VIT
2.What skills should I put?
3.Anything else you can tell me about a strong pvp bow class rogue or comment a link for a guide that is really good.

Arch Ranger - Elf

Stats: Full Str

Pros for Elf: Casting Foil (PVP Useful), RW Buffs(Crt, crt damage, eva)

AOE's: Ice Rain, Fire Arrow,  Smoldering Shot

 

For farming/pvp: try equips with eva mix str philo - 290+eva for Nera Harbor - 350+ should be enough for pvp/war
