Hi! Having problems. All characters are gone.

Hello, I'm a old player. Other forum acc ( Oceangem ). I had logged into my Luna Account to see all my characters were gone! Including all my costumes and items. This also happened to my boyfriend. ( Given it had a been a year or two since we had played. I'm slightly sad to come back to Celestia waiting for Reborn to come out, and see I had nothing left. I don't even need my characters and items back. I just want information about what happened if anything happened!

Nope, you just accessed the wrong account, the account you said was registered very recently, and obviously does not contain your old characters.

does someone else know the ids and passwords to ur characters? ur sis/bro/son/nephew/mom/dad/grandpa/idk???

 

have u checked whether ur ids and passwords are wrong or not?? have u tried re enter the server??

that's weird ... maybe u got hacked by someone :(  ... if u really did get hacked then u should ask Orange about it through irc, u will get the fastest respond from Orange when u use irc (guide about irc : http://forum.celestialuna.com/index.php?/topic/2824-connect-to-irc-using-hexchat-updated/)or u can message Orange on forum (http://forum.celestialuna.com/index.php?/user/39135-orange/) , but the respond is slower compared to irc since Orange uses irc more (and irc is more effective!)

Hi, your IP only logged one account recently and it still has its two characters in place. If you don't want to share your ID you can just say a character name and I will look it up.

Yes me and my boyfriend had decided to make a new character. I think i had a older character called Sn0wstar, My newer characters though are called Tsushima and another called Rin Hoshizora my id is ella3445

Really? I was 80% sure that this was my real account. Since I never have my ID as that anymore. I don't know anything about it anymore either is the problem.
