hmmm. that is why it is called KS or kill stealing because you are stealing his/ her lured mobs. the rule says "without permission", some players asks for help when they are stun locked. I encountered one.. he said "hey dude, please kill these monsters, heeelp!" and it means that you are permitted to kill his lured mobs. The bad thing is that, killing the mobs that he lured without them permitting you. That is counted as Kill Stealing.

try to logout your account and teleport your character to nera castle, howling ravine or to any places that isn't down.. probably, i think alker harbor is down right now,.

depending on your path dude. if you choose wizard at lvl 20 and priest at lvl 40, it will be hard for you to level up till lvl 75 because you dont have much aoe's. but you can still join parties or dd.
