Celestia Online Login won't show up?

Well, I really need help, I downloaded Celestia along with my 2 other friends, my other friend tried to download but whenever she opens it up, the login with the pass and stuff won't show up, the server will open but when she clicks connect, nothing comes up after that. and I don't know what to do, anyone know what's going on? She keeps trying to redownload it and everything, just won't work :( please help!

have u tried to disable the antivirus and firewall?

I have the same problem ! i tryed to shut down my fire wall my anti virus but it still didnt work + tryed to reinstall with no firewall and anti virus and i know why this thing happend because i did a scan in my computer of AVG and he deleted somthing at the celestia luna folder i tryed reinstall like 5 times still didnt work please help ?

2. Add celestia to your antivirus exceptions
   
3. Deactivate your antivirus and redownload celestia
   

Try any of those options. Good luck.
