It's slow Cast times and low hp Really put it at a Disadvantage for a Full out War Situation. Lightning Stun,Thunder Break,Blizzard, and Chilling Death are decent casting time skills, and you can 1hit with some of the skills, Considering most people aren't buffed to the Gills during a Guild War. I think its just if you know how to play it or not, it definitely takes longer to master than most other classes. It also takes a lot of pricey gear to make it playable...
