Shield Boomerang it's Shield Attack Skill, means you must use Shield to use that skill... at Dual Wield states... you can use Shield Boomerang too because Left Weapon it's used at Shield slot, means as long as you Equip something at Shield slot, you can use Shield Attack Skill...
