0 Chii (Elda) Posted December 15, 2012 Share Posted December 15, 2012 I think it really depends on how you lvl down, if you lvl down by doing the pk lvling, that's illegal but if you lvl down because you have pk points and you keep dying, I think it's still legal because if you have pk points, you will lose xp even if you have xp save scroll.
