Effect skill passive from item

Hello. i want someone to confirm something. I know GM block the effect of active skill from item like "Stealth - Kynee" ; "Berserker - DeathMask" and many more.

I just want to ask if passive skill like :

"magic start speed - farouk" ; " item gain rate - draupnir/helm of desire" are still can be used as active?

Please tell me :)

I am pretty sure they would not have touched them but if you want to be absolutely sure just ask someone with a faroulks to test to see if it makes a difference in cast speed or not, they will know trust me.

Passive Skills from Equipment still working, for Example is Muramasa for Speed Hit :)
