If they are not lured to you and are just in the area, it's not KSing, because you can't claim the whole leveling spot to yourself. No claiming maps/areas/channels/ANYTHING. If they do it once, tell them to stop, and if they continue to do it, then take screenshots and report it. That's still kill stealing, just in a different way of doing so.
