XD Spell Barrier is Passive to reduce the Probability of Damage-Reduced by using Magic Skills... as you must know, when we use Magic Skills, all damages output will be Static Numbers... however, sometime the Damages is Decreased too Maximum the Spell Barrier will be useful to make your magic damages not be decreased :) still don't get it or anymore questions perhaps? :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I want to say on Indonesia "Damage-nya selalu sama" but I only found word "Static" on google-translation not sure too if they're understand the meaning of "Static" or not...
