About Skill Initialize Scroll

I bought a skill reset scroll from a player and it says that is only usable for character under level 100: http://i.imgur.com/0N2ydbZ.jpg

 

that scroll have a difference between the Skill Initialize Scroll that can be bought from the Itemshop?? Or they are the same?? Because on the Skill Initialize Scroll says that it works for all levels.

It works fine beyond level 100, it's just an incorrect description.

always keep on mind, when you are about to use Reset Skill, you need to make sure you're not Dual-Wielding :)

It'll warn you about the Dual-Wielding thing and will make you take the weapon off, so in general you shouldnt have to worry too much about it.
