does weapon synchro and sword rapidity from fighters, and rapid attack from rogues

increases casting time of skills?

it reduces physical attack skills' "casting" times(animation time) only, if the skill is magical damage or has a real casting time(with a casting bar) not just animation time then it won't reduce it.

Attack speed for rouge and fighter / Casting speed for mages .

Attack speed is how fast u gve a hit , cast speed is how fast you Buff ur self(for fighters and rouges)

where can i see a list of physical attack skills' animation time sir?

If a skill say 1.2 sec and another 1.3 sec.

Would you mind to get stopwatch and try to count if it is true ._. ? xD (joking)

And if you get slow atk debuff 40% would you mind too to count it ? xD (joking again)

 

Just make 3 category if a pa normal atk animation or skill animation (without time bar) are : slow, normal, fast type ._.
