Dual wield - shield training?

So most forum threads ive come across say to take up shield training if dual wielding. Most say there is no block added but it adds pdef. Ive added a couple of points into shield training but my pdef hasnt increased one bit at all. So does shield training really work with dual wielding? Thanks in advance!

Well it only adds block rate..

n block rate isnt written on status window..

But I took it coz I have lot of useless SP(s) :P

but I don't think it works on dual :s

why shield training? You dont use any shield while dual wielding rite? O.o

The simple logic is...

If shield attack skill works with dual,since the left 1h sword is counted as shield..

Then shield block might work too...

But since its not written there so nobody knows I think

hey... don't said Shield Training is for raise up Phy Defend... you must re-read my topic then... LOL

I said shield training is also can raise up "the attack of shield attacking skills", if you're not have skill attacking shield like "Blunt Shield, Shield Edge, Doom Burst, Shield Charge, and Shield Punch" then don't raise up your Shield Training...

I am Magnus so I have shield attacking skill named "Shield Punch" because of this skill, I raise up also my Shield Training so my Shield Punch damage is become stronger than before...

as I said... this theory still didn't found a prove... if someone can prove to me is raise up or not, then thanks... I need that Information...

is not about Phy Defend... is only about damage of your Shield Attacking Skill... raise up or not that damage only your eyes know that... LOL

If u want to use 1 hand and shield try it ( for some reasons like Playing act as Tanker LOL)

But i think SM high lvl have enough SP for it

Fact:

Shield training.

F0r dual wield - even m0d/gm cant answer if it w0rk 0r n0t bc0z i'm already ask t0 Reid.

But!

F0r 1hd+shield:

Its w0rk well. Its increase the passive 0f bl0ck rate and als0 can decrease crital rate damage when u get damaged by ppl.
