Does panda glove increase skill cast speed, cause i see alot of peole using it especially bt and sm class. For example destroyer A is wearing panda gloves. In a duel against destroyer B with same equipment same costume except for the panda gloves by destroyer A. When they use burning crash at the same time Does it mean destroyer A is going to hit faster?

Yes i think Destro A Will hit first cuz they give u phys atk speed o.o

Well.. +5% atk speed doesnt very noticeable for skill casting speed :)
