Here's another: Assigning buffs to your second skill bar and nostrums to your third. Maybe a pvp skill set to the fourth. That way you have easy access to them and can still keep your main skill set on the first bar.

As for the Combat section, you may want to add some information concerning PVP, mainly for ranged classes. Movement speed, Hit and Run types, etc. Using their range to their advantage and running away quickly as possible.
