Its because people would PK there own characters to level easy, its called PK leveling and it is illegal.

Possibly an I.P ban? If that is the issue then there is nothing that can be done about it unless you work something out with the GM's I guess.

PK mode allows you to choose a random item or amount of gold from another players inventory after you kill them. The PK points makes you weaker with higher amounts. You lose more EXP each time you kill with PK mode on and die, eventually de-leveling. You can not turn of Luna with PK mode on unless you force shut down, which will cause you to lose EXP points equal to the amount of PK time left. The more PK points you have the more of your gold, and exp will be taken away. The higher chance of your items getting taken also on death. PK points has no benefits. It is a negative effect. PK points reduce at a rate of 5 Points per 30 minutes. To reduce PK points just wait around on a map with monsters while AFK. PK leveling is Illegal.

Plus Clise is never online also, how will you ever survive!? :P

If you have a friend with the items, ask if they will let you try it first. So if you don't like it you won't have to waste gold. Then when you find something that works, buy it.

PK killing is legal, and once your dead anyone can take your mobs until you respawn. Your only Defense from PK killers is simple, change your channel use 4-8 to avoid people. If you find a PK player just shout [Pker in Nera Harbor, level 105] and people will head out there to kill them.
